OpisAt times, life can begin to feel overwhelming or restrictive — as though we keep repeating the same patterns in our thoughts, relationships, or fears, without knowing where to begin. I see psychotherapy as a space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to arrive “fixed” or with clear answers. It is enough to simply begin your personal journey.
In my work, I am primarily interested in the person sitting in front of me — not the diagnosis, not the label, but your lived experience and the way you make sense of yourself and the world. Together, we gently explore what feels painful or stuck, as well as what supports you — your strengths, your resilience, and the parts of you that already carry meaning and vitality.
I believe change does not come through pressure or self-criticism, but through a therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe, seen, and genuinely accepted. Therapy is not about “fixing” yourself; it is about deepening self-awareness. It is a process of learning to recognize your boundaries, needs, and emotions — becoming more compassionate toward yourself and more authentic in your relationships with others.
My approach is warm, relational, and supportive, always tailored to your individual pace and needs.
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology and am a Gestalt psychotherapist under supervision. I have also completed additional training in body-oriented psychotherapy and Transactional Analysis. Alongside my clinical work, I spent five years working in Human Resources within international organizations, which gave me valuable insight into workplace dynamics, professional identity, stress, and organizational change.
I have been practicing psychotherapy for over five years and work with clients both in Serbia and internationally, offering sessions in Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian and English.
